New Vial Forming Machine RP 32 from Tube Glass

The vertical working indexing motion machine for the production of tubular glass vials has 32/8/8 stations and an automatic tube feeder. The machine is suitable for the production of tubular glass vials with all main types of vial necks, such as penicillin neck, screw neck and blow back neck. The working range of chucks is 13 - 30 mm or 18 - 35 mm in diameter. The smallest glass tube diameter is 8 mm. Other working ranges on request. The length of finished vial is min. 20 mm cylindrical length and max. 115 mm total length. Higher total lengths on request. The performance of the machine is up to 4.200 pieces per hour depending on the diameter of the glass, the shape of the neck and the quality of the glass.
Special features of the machine are forming devices with servo drive and an automatic tube feeder RZ. Optionally, the charger RLG can be used to separate glass tubes from the tube bundle and to bring into the storage. Tube feeder RLG
The gentle handling of the glass pipes is particularly important. The storage capacity is 2-4 tube bundles. The feeding of the glass tubes is carried out either into the storage of the machine or into the magazine of the tube feeder RZ
