Ferro, together with its digital glass printing subsidiary Dip-Tech, is pleased to present at Vitrum 2019, in Hall 7, Stand N07 P10. The joint booth will showcase the latest solutions that enhance digital glass printing abilities for customers across multiple industries.

New printers: The latest Dip-Tech NEraD Plus printer series will be introduced at Vitrum, including live demonstrations of the NEraD Plus 6m model running throughout the show. These exceptionally heavy-duty digital glass printers feature advanced capabilities for serial production, including a glass scanner, multi-tasking glass handling system, automatic load system, and industry 4.0 compliance for smart manufacturing.
Automotive glass printed by the Dip-Tech NEraV Plus digital glass printer will also be displayed at the booth. Likewise, visitors can handle samples and see for themselves appliances glass printed on the Dip-Tech VEra digital glass printer, powered by ULTRA-FIX technology and supported by Ferro ULTRA-FIX inks.
New inks: Ferro and Dip-Tech will exhibit the exclusive new Dip-Tech precious metals solution, with gold and white gold inks, ideal for creating finely detailed metalized highlights and luxurious touch in architectural and design applications. In addition, booth visitors can experience a range of conductive inks for the architecture industry, as well as the Automotive Black Ink, Dip-Tech Total Black Ink, Digital Anti-Stick Ink, and Digital Conductive Ink for the automotive industry.
Digital Design by Dip-Tech: The booth display will also highlight the wide range of Dip-Tech tools for success in the architecture market, which are available exclusively to Dip-Tech customers. Among them is the new online Dip-Tech Design Store, a rich repository of photorealistic, surface texture images and pattern vector files for architecture and interior design glass, optimized for Dip-Tech digital glass printing.
Containers: Reflecting Ferro’s market-leading portfolio of color solutions for containers and tableware, the Ferro booth will serve as a colorful showcase packed with stunning cups, bottles, vases, and other printed glass vessels. The display will include varied coatings for decorating plastic and glass tableware, bottles, perfume and cosmetics packages, and more from the portfolio of Ernst Diegel, a recently-acquired Ferro company.
