In Glass Tempering:
Our latest-generation RC and FC Series tempering line technologies can be tailored to your specific needs. Our pioneering automation solutions accelerate operation across all production stages, boosting performance and profitability.

In Glass Lamination:
The new Glaston ProL SPEED laminating line edition increases production output by up to 40%.

In Insulating Glass Manufacturing:
The new Glaston TPS® PRO revolutionizes efficiency and productivity, reaching up to 15% more yield. Glaston’s unique thin triple IG unit production enables easy integration with existing window frames, ideal for building renovations. Glaston MUNTIN’MASTER for TPS® lines automates the correct setting of muntins in TPS® IG units. Glaston ACTIVE’SEALER automates double glazing production with proven dosing technology.

In Mobility and Display glass processing:
Glaston CHAMP EVO for mobility glass preprocessing automates the cutting, breaking and grinding phases for increased performance and speed. The new Glaston HYPERFEX grinding wheels demonstrate significantly improved performance in all aspects of glass preprocessing. The new Glaston MATRIX EVO automatic windshield bending furnace facilitates faster high-performance production. The line’s new windshield press bends deep sags and wraps corners with precision. Its active convection technology speeds up heating even for coated, printed or otherwise complex glass types.

In Processing Automation:
An automated glass loader and unloader place glass onto the line most efficiently, based on batch patterns and production needs. Regardless of the type of glass processing, the systems boost production, enhance quality, increase safety and reduce energy consumption. For tempering and laminating lines, automatic batch optimization enables processors to generate the most efficient batch patterns based on the specific type and processing requirements. This results in increased capacity and reduced energy consumption.

In Upgrades:
Glaston has introduced new upgrade options for glass heat treatment, insulating glass manufacturing as well as mobility and display glass processing.

Glaston’s CNC96 upgrade kit for automotive and architectural glass cutting equipment boosts the CNC96 control system while replacing any end-of-life components. Glaston heating chamber replacements with RC or FC technology for older tempering lines improve heating and cooling, end-product quality, energy efficiency and productivity. Glaston ProL-zone upgrade quickly and cost-efficiently modifies your existing laminating line to speed up the process. You enter only one parameter, and the line takes care of the rest. Its full convection technology eliminates heat loss and saves energy.

In Services:
Glaston Care offers comprehensive service agreements guaranteeing the highest possible equipment reliability. Our lifecycle support minimizes downtime, reduces total cost of ownership and extends the life of your machines.
