Production line of ultrahigh pressure toughened glass insulators, which is the biggest one of its kind in China thanks to internationally advanced technologies. So, it has an annual capacity of 9.6 million DC and AC insulators. At present, 1000kv AC and 800kV DC bell-shaped& dual-shed glass insulators developed independently by our R&D team have successfully passed the type approval test of an authorized national inspection agency, and the electromechanical properties have met or even surpassed the national standards and the tender specifications of the State Grid, filling up the gap at home and abroad.

So far, our company has provided about 5 million toughened glass insulators to the State Grid Corp. and China Southern Power Grid as well as domestic and foreign clients. These products are operated safely on 35kv-800kv lines, with its spontaneous detonation rate controlled within 0.0001. Hence, its product quality is highly recognized and appraised by various clients. In 2011, it was appraised successfully and selected as an eligible supplier of state grids in India, Britain and Brazil.
